2025-2026 Relocation & Construction Updates

Updates as of Feb. 24, 2025

Mason Health will be undergoing a series of department relocations and construction projects in 2025-2026.

Updates will be shared on this page on an ongoing basis.

MONDAY, MARCH 10:

• Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO)/Quality Department: Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO)/Quality Department will be relocated to Gateway Plaza, 2505 Olympic
  Highway North, Suite 160, Shelton, WA 98584, until Monday, June 9. Operating Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Telephone Number: Extensions for these employees will remain the same.

• Emergency Management: Emergency Management will be relocated to Gateway Plaza, 2505 Olympic Highway North, Suite 160, Shelton, WA 98584, until Monday, June 9. Operating Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Telephone Number: Extensions for these employees will remain the same.

• Infection Prevention, Employee Health & Safety: Infection Prevention, Employee Health & Safety will be relocated to the Anticoagulation Clinic at 1710 N. 13th Loop Road, Shelton, WA 98584, until Dec. 26. Operating Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Telephone Number: Extensions for these employees will remain the same.

TUESDAY, APRIL 15:

• Mason Health’s Ellinor and Pershing conference rooms at Mason General Hospital will close to accommodate construction for Mason Health’s new open field MRI. The Washington and Skokomish conference rooms will remain open until Dec. 18, when Ellinor and Pershing are expected to re-open at their new location downstairs.
• Mason Clinic’s Eye Care waiting area will close to accommodate expansion of Mason Clinic-Eye Care. The waiting room is expected to re-open on June 5, 2025.
• Mason General Hospital Bistro Cafeteria is expected to close until June 30. The cafeteria will re-open with a newly remodeled and redecorated space, new point-of-sale system and new name. Alternative food offerings will be available during the cafeteria closure. The cafeteria kitchen will remain open to prepare meals for in-patients at Mason General Hospital.
