Jon Hornburg

Jon's responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, preparing budgets, proformas, and financial projections, and providing insights through integration, validation, analysis, and presentation of operational and financial data.

Jon is the direct supervisor of the Finance team, maintaining the general ledger through accounting, treasury, payroll, and accounts payable; producing financial statements, cost reports, and other regulatory reporting; and facilitating financial and state accountability audit processes.

Jon first joined Mason Health in 2013 as a Patient Account Representative. After graduating from Western Washington University with a Masters in Professional Accounting, and working at a Certified Public Accounting firm, Jon returned to Mason Health to work as a Senior Accountant and progressed to Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and in early 2023 to Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Throughout his work, Jon has been an excellent thought partner and resource for Senior Leader Team members, and Department and Provider leadership.

Each year, Jon fulfills the near-sacred responsibility of attending the Packer’s first home game of the season in Green Bay and captains one of the premier golf teams in the Mason Health Foundation Quality Care Open golf tournament. Jon’s other hobbies include continuous home renovations and as an avid gamer, he is currently searching for Nvidia’s latest graphics card.
