Mark Batty

Mark joined Mason Health in February 2019 as Chief Operating Officer. He came from Illinois, where he served as the Chief Executive Officer of a 17 bed Critical Access Hospital for the past seven years. Mark began his healthcare career in 2002, working at another rural hospital in Illinois, holding positions in Materials Management, Human Resources Administration and lastly as the Vice President of Operations. Mark received his Bachelor’s Degree from Illinois State University and a Masters in Health Administration from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois. During his tenure in Illinois, Mark was active in association work serving on a variety of boards and committees for the Illinois Hospital Association and the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network. Outside of work, Mark enjoys running and golfing and is making time to explore the Pacific Northwest and enjoying all the activities it has to offer.
