Rick Smith

Smith has been the Chief Financial Officer of the District since 2012. He is a graduate of Seattle University, Albers School of Business, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration (major in Accounting). He is also a CPA and worked for Moss Adams, LLP from 1980-1985 prior to the healthcare industry. He has over 32 years of experience in the health care field and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Medical Group Management Association.
