Shane Faford

Shane Faford is a proud member of the community here in Shelton. He lives here with his wife, Jackie, and two daughters, Evelyn and Charlotte. Faford graduated from North Mason High School in 1999. He started his externship program for Radiology through PIMA Medical Institute in 2002 at Mason Health and Naval Hospital Bremerton. He graduated from the Radiology program at PIMA Medical Institute in 2004.

Faford started his employment at Mason Health in 2004 performing X-Rays on the weekend and evening shifts. He is a registered CT and X-Ray Technologist and PACS administrator. Before being promoted to his current role as Director of Diagnostic Imaging in 2017, he served as Lead CT Technologist and PACS administrator for about 10 years. Faford currently oversees all of Diagnostic Imaging including imaging informatics, X-Ray, DEXA, CT, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, Echocardiogram, and Nuclear Medicine. He loves working here at Mason Health and absolutely loves his role in the organization.
