SHELTON, WA – The Grand Opening & Dedication Ceremony for Mason Clinic is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21, and Mason Health welcomes the entire community to this historic event.

The program will begin at 1 p.m. and will include remarks and speeches from Commissioner Scott Hilburn of Public Hospital District No. 1, the governing body of Mason Health, and CEO Eric Moll. The Honorable Judge Ben Settle will lead the dedication, which will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Shelton-Mason County Chamber of Commerce. The event will also include refreshments provided by Kern’s Kitchen, a photo booth from Cooper Studios, and guided tours with Mason Health leadership. Mason Health, in conjunction with Cooper Studios, will also reveal a custom art piece.

Mason Clinic is located on 1701 N. 13^th Street in Shelton, and is connected to Mason General Hospital on the same campus. Mason Clinic is a 60,000-square-foot facility that will eventually be home to all of Mason Health’s clinics, except for Hoodsport Family Clinic, which will remain in Hoodsport. The number of exam rooms will be 110, an increase over the number of rooms at the existing clinics.

The first clinics and services to move to Mason Clinic will be Shelton Family Medicine and Orthopedics, the Walk-In Clinic and the Lab Station currently located on Professional Way.
