Goldsborough Creek Run/Walk/Jog - A Kristi Armstrong Memorial Event
A Mason County Forest Festival Event, sponsored by Centennial Guild, a Mason General Hospital Foundation chapter with proceeds supporting a nursing scholarship and other needs for Mason Health.
Race Details
This event, sponsored by the MGHF Centennial Guild, is traditionally part of the Mason County Forest Festival. This is a 2-mile run or walk and a 7-mile run or walk. Runs are intended for all age groups. The ¼ mile Junior Jog is for children ages 3 to 8, and the ¼ mile walk/run/jog is for ages 65 and up. See run times below.
This year's event will be held in downtown Shelton.
Check-in for all participants and day-of registration begins at 6 a.m. at the corner of N. 2nd Street and Railroad Avenue. All participants must sign a release and waiver of liability form. No dogs are allowed.

Course details: The run/walk/jog event will begin and the Shelton Valley Christian School on Shelton Valley Road. The ¼ mile walk for ages 65 and up, and the Jr. Joggers, will start at 7th Street and Railroad Avenue. See below for downloadable brochure.

Start Times
- 6 a.m.: Registration opens
- 7 a.m.: 7-mile walk starts
- 8 a.m.: 2-mile run/walk and 7-mile run start
- 9:15 a.m.: Junior Jog
- 9:30 a.m.: ¼ mile walk for ages 65 and up
- 9:45 a.m.: Awards and Prizes Pick-Up at the finish line
- 11 a.m.: Paul Bunyan parade

- Print the registration form from the Mason Health website. Mail-in registration fee or drop off at Foundation office located at 2505 Olympic Hwy N, Suite 170, Shelton, WA.
